So this week I started a new routine. I decided to wake up an hour earlier and go for a morning walk to start my day. I caught myself waking up and immediately grabbing my laptop/phone, and I wanted to change that. I already feel like my days have been feeling better just from that hour in the morning to ease into the day. Getting in some steps and listening to a podcast before the chaos of the day has truly boosted my mood (and it’s only day 4)! Here are the links of the week!
